1. Contractor Licensing & Governance
All plumbing contracting services are provided by Westport Pro Plumbing & Drain LLC in strict compliance with the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection under Connecticut Unlimited Plumbing Contractor License (P-1) #0288452-P1.
2. Estimates and Authorizations
All repair and installation work is preceded by an upfront diagnostic inspection and a written fixed-price estimate. No work begins without explicit verbal or written authorization from the property owner or designated representative.
3. Emergency Service Dispatch
Our emergency response time promise ("Under 60 minutes inside Fairfield County") is subject to severe weather conditions, road closures, and municipal emergency directives. We make every reasonable effort to arrive promptly with fully stocked mobile units.
